Currently, Singapore Airlines flies over five continents, in 35 countries and to 64 destinations from its headquarter in Singapore. Among the various destinations, some of the most popular ones to which the Singapore Airlines cater to are Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Sydney, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Cairo, Vienna, Warsaw, Madrid, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, Washington, San Francisco, New York and Durban.

Besides, the Singapore Airlines also provides Daily Flights to Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore,Denver, Johannesburg, Adelaide and London and two daily flights from Auckland to Hong Kong.
The quality of service provided in the daily flights is extremely gratifying and passengers are assured a comfortable and enjoyable journey to either Singapore or to the various destinations from Singapore. From July 1 2007, Singapore Airlines offers five daily flights on Shanghai to Singapore route. This increase in the daily flights makes it far easier for the passengers to connect via Singapore to nearly 60 cities all over the world.
At present, Singapore airlines offers 41 weekly flights to India including daily flights to Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai and three flights to Bangalore, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Amritsar. Apart from these, the subsidiary of Singapore Airlines, Silk Air, provides 12 flights a week to Hyderabad, Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram.

As of now, Singapore Airlines uses the Boeing 777-range of aircraft for most of its routes to India, and long haul flights to destinations such as New York, San Francisco, London, Sidney, Zurich and Tokyo. It also plans to increase the frequency of flights to India with Delhi, Chennai and Bangalore likely to have two daily flights soon.
